2. No Refund Policy – Digital Products & Online Programs
Due to the digital and educational nature of our offerings, all sales are final once the purchase is completed. This includes:

Digital downloads (ebooks, workbooks, lead magnets)

Tamil Life Coaching Certification (L1)

Life Coaching Business Accelerator (L3)

Emotional Mastery or 3-Day Challenge programs

Any other downloadable or viewable resource
Once access to course material or downloadable content is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Coaching & Consultation Services
For 1-on-1 coaching sessions, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to reschedule.

No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Packages purchased for coaching must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Program Withdrawal
For group coaching programs or live workshops:

Once the program begins, no refund will be provided even if the participant decides to discontinue partway through.

In exceptional cases (such as a medical emergency), we may offer credit toward future programs at our discretion.
